• QR Code Content: The App may display information contained in QR codes or barcodes. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to interact with any content, website, link, or information provided by a scanned code.
• Internet/Data Costs: Certain features may require an internet connection. You are responsible for any mobile data, roaming, or network charges associated with your use of the App.
• Updates: You agree to install available updates when necessary. We may discontinue support for older versions of the App.

1.4 Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We are not responsible for problems caused by device failures, operating system limitations, network connectivity, third-party services, or unsupported devices.
• We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or consequences resulting from interacting with content, websites, links, or information contained in QR codes or barcodes.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, SujoApps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated version will be published through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. QR Scanner: Secure and Private is designed with privacy in mind. We aim to minimize the information collected and keep your scanned QR and barcode information private.

2.1 Information We Collect

• No Personal Information: We do not require you to create an account and do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or home address through the App.
• QR and Barcode Data: QR codes and barcodes scanned through the App are processed for the purpose of providing the scanning functionality. We do not intentionally transmit or store your scanned QR or barcode content on our servers.
• Scan History: We do not collect or maintain a remote database of your scan history. Any information that the App stores locally on your device remains under your control.
• Generated QR Codes: Information you enter to generate QR codes, such as URLs, text, contact information, Wi-Fi information, phone numbers, or locations, is used to generate the requested QR code. We do not intentionally transmit this information to our servers.
• Camera: The App requires camera access to scan QR codes and barcodes. Camera data is used for scanning functionality and is not intentionally collected or stored by us.
• Device and Diagnostic Information: Limited technical information may be processed by the Android operating system or third-party services used for crash reporting or diagnostics, if applicable. Such information may include device type, operating system version, and crash-related technical data.

2.2 How We Use Information

Information processed by the App is used only to provide and improve its functionality, including QR and barcode scanning, QR code generation, and related features.

We do not sell your personal information or scanned QR/barcode content.

We do not intentionally share scanned QR or barcode content with third parties.

2.3 Camera and Device Permissions

The App may request access to your device camera to provide QR and barcode scanning functionality.

Camera access is used only when required by the App's scanning features. You can manage or revoke camera permissions through your device settings.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. QR and barcode scanning is designed to process scan information without intentionally transmitting the scanned content to our servers.

However, no software, device, or method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
